Teams
Plan several channels together. A team combines a site’s workstreams into one staffing requirement and one total cost — choose blended (multi-skilled agents shared across channels) or separate (each channel staffed on its own).
Move a workstream between sites from its Settings tab. Only empty sites can be deleted.
A team plans one or more channels as one schedule and one budget.
